About the Course
Traliant’s award-winning Preventing Workplace Harassment: Office Edition is interactive training for US employees and managers to help them recognize and prevent incidents of harassment. Consistent with EEOC guidelines and court decisions, Traliant’s training covers not just sexual harassment, but all forms of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation they may encounter in an office environment.

Multi-state employers can comply with state and local harassment training laws in all 50 states, including regulations for CA, CT, DE, IL, Chicago, ME, NY, NYC, WA, and Washington, D.C., with just three course versions:
  • Advanced: This 2-hour course should be used by California supervisors, supervisors in the City of Chicago (and supervisors outside of Chicago that supervise employees in Chicago), and all Connecticut employees, supervisors, and non-supervisors, the first time they train.
  • Extended: This 1-hour course should be used by non-supervisory employees in California and the City of Chicago.
  • Fundamentals: This 45-minute course should be used by both supervisors and non-supervisors in all other states.
To comply with sexual harassment prevention training laws across different jurisdictions, users are prompted to specify where they work to receive location-specific instruction. The training also adheres to specific state regulations such as California AB 2053 and SB 1343, which requires topics such as workplace civility, bullying and bystander intervention.

Testimonials

Xerox logo

“The investigations training for our HR and global corporate security teams was current, well-paced, relevant to what we see in the workplace, and beneficial to all team members regardless of prior investigative experience. Further, the training was interactive and more informal, which resonated well with our team. Michael Johnson is an excellent presenter—both knowledgeable and engaging—and kept the attention of the online global audience. I highly recommend Michael Johnson for investigation-related training.”

-Steven White, Xerox Corporate Security

They met our specific needs and timeline and helped us organize employee training across different states. If you have employees that need the Spanish version, check the “Add Spanish version” option when making your purchase.
